The primary aim of our full search and selection service is to help to recruit the best and most appropriate candidate for your organisation, while minimising the amount of time and resources you need to devote to the process. At no stage will you be staring at a 'blank sheet', wondering what to do next!
You can choose to use some or all of our Search and Selection services which, in essence, can be divided into three key stages:
1. Preparatory - In the first instance we spend some time with you to gain an understanding of the culture of your organisation and a picture of the candidate you seek. We also prepare all relevant application materials with you, ensuring they are clear, concise and accurately reflect the role and your organisation. And of course we advise on advertising, from writing attractive copy to suggesting where to place your advertising. You need to reach talented people without breaking the bank!
2. Searching and Screening - In addition to managing the varied responses from advertising, CRSS holds a substantial and confidential database, which we search to identify relevant individuals and promote the position. We can also undertake an active executive search ("headhunt"), delving into our networks and wide variety of appropriate organisations. With all applications gathered, we screen and interview candidates rigorously, together with telephone reference checks before presenting you with a robust shortlist of candidates.
3. Final Interviews - CRSS arranges for candidates to visit your organisation informally and for final interviews and we provide you with a full framework for these visits and interviews, working with you until all the final details are agreed and a candidate successfully appointed.
