Susan Anderson - Director of Search
• Seven years search and selection experience in the non-profit sector, advising management boards on recruitment strategies, and specialising in securing trustees, executive and director level candidates.
• Underpinned by over ten years' senior level fundraising experience, focussing on development strategies, alumni and major gift fundraising at London Business School, a capital campaign with the Company of Information Technologists, and establishing major gift fundraising at the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds. Considerable additional track record of developing corporate partnerships in support of national conservation initiatives.

- experience of investor and media relations, crisis management, corporate restructuring, re-branding as well as managing large scale corporate hospitality events.
- coaching and mentoring individuals throughout the company.
